Mick, 10 probably sounds a good number as you always get the late entrant and the odd last minute drop out.

Gazebo sounds a good idea do you have one? We have two types of site banners available, so we can make sure we have something on site for the day!

It's not a big place mick and it might be in demand on a bank hol.

I'd reccomend booking.
