As the old Chinese proverb states ......."F*** 'EM"
Time for us to grow a pair and do unto others what they do unto us.
First thing I'd do is to build a big fuel station and a fuel dump at each of our ports and pass a law that says every foreign registered vehicle has to dump it's fuel and refill here to put some cash into our coffers.
They would also have to buy an entry/visitor/worker visa.

Not sure anybody was expecting to keep the Status Quo buddy. Some we'll win and some we'll lose. The majority of peeps go abroad on holiday once a year, at best, so not even on the radar. The next 11 months will be like the previous 3.5 years, trying to put the frighteners on 25 of the remaining EU members, the minnows.Nothing new here. It’s what was voted for. Don’t expect to keep the status quo when it’s rejected by the majority. Back to the old processes. Suck it up.
Will be the same at passport control. You’ll be going through the non-European channel and the checks will be more extensive and take much longer.
White noise Tony, just another opportunity try and take Gib back under Spanish control, it'll passAnd then there's this,
