@Andy McDonnell That looks great.. Can we can sort out the finer points of the costings when we meet or you can pm me. I can then give you some cash.. It is a fitting thing that we are doing. Thank you.

I will be heading up from Hampshire, not sure yet if I am going to spend the night before in a hotel or drive up and back on the day. What is everybody else thoughts on this ?
 
@pgunter as it's only a minimal costs per head for the wreath I've elected to do a "chip in" collection on the day to ensure an even split less some people can't make it on the day. Couple of £ per head max I should think. We're setting off early and stopping the night (away from the kids) in a nearby hotel after the day.
 
Thanks so much @Andy McDonnell for adding the flags as the UK Canadian cooperation during the war was epic and I felt this a very fitting occasion to acknowledge that. Thanks in advance @jue1 who will represent me at the monument on the day. I think this looks great and I'm proud that zorg has gotten behind this project. JIM

Yvonne and I will be going to a nearby pub for eats post the visit to the NMA -

it's about two miles away. Those that may wish to pop along let me know and I'll book us in. Failing that we can just turn up and take our chances. I'll phone and check on parking if we get a big take up.

Update on eats at said pub after the day, thus far;
@Andy McDonnell & Yvonne, @Grumpy & @jue1 are going for eats.

If you would like to pop along for eats can you please let me know as I'll need to book tables. Planning for a 17:30hrs sit down as it's only a few miles from the NMA and affords those going for eats time to get home at a reasonable hour if your not staying locally overnight.

Possible attendees are;

Would you be kind enough to let me know if you would like to attend and if you would like to go for post day eats at said pub so I can book.
