Yes. down the very bottom at the back. You might have to use a piece of small wire to unblock.

as the others have said, its very small and often bunged up with crud.

i make a habit of wiping that area clean every time i wash the car

Whilst your at it check the drains where the hood hinge is on either side, takes a bit of finding but its within the metal well that the hinge pivot sits and a rubber pipe runs down to the underside of the car just in front of the rear wheels on either side. If you can't see it from above have a look underneath for the end of the pipe. A little water poured into the top well and you should see it trickle out of the pipe underneath the car.

Mine kept getting blocked, so I would stick paper towels in there when filling up at the garage.

Nope there is an internal drain hole just under the gap shown on Dino D's Photo. It is in the form of a type of open box section that collects the water from the hood and channels it into a drainage hole.Proof at last..
