Door won't open

drivers door won't open on a Z4 (not mine) either from the outside or the inside. Is there easy solution to get the door open or will I have to remove door card with door shut ??

Don't know yet Tony it's Ben's new car he asked me today but I haven't been able to get to his house. I will try tomorrow.

Is it unlocking?

If it’s just jammed in the aperture because it’s dropped, a thigh in the vicinity of the handle as you open it will often do the trick.
