Hi all.

I thought the door speakers weren't working in my car. I've had the door cards off tonight and the smaller speakers, I presume these are the tweeters, are working fine. There are some bigger speakers in there made by Nokia? Any ideas if these should be working or not? Or possibly just there incase a handsfree option was fitted?

Thanks

Normally if the speakers are not h.k the door only has 1 speaker the nokia is the standard speaker is the tweeter connected instead ?

Normally the standard set up only has 1 speaker it may have had the other retro fitted the loom would be there but the hk system had an amp and all speakers would be wired not sure if the larger speaker would have a feed.

My 98 Roady has the factory upgraded Audio system with 2 speakers in each door,( a mid and a tweet), plus the larger one in the kick panel, I also have a 4 inch behind the seats and 2 small subs in a freaky looking box between the seats.

I'll take some photo's of the loom tomorrow. They were defo connected up but no sound coming out. Although there is an after market stereo fitted so don't know if that has an effect on things.

Cheers for that, there's no speakers behind the seats at all in this car so it's a mystery really.

I think some one may have fitted them .Mines the upgraded system too with an amp in the boot and subs.
Everything i have ever read stated the standard system only had 1 door speaker.
