Need to replace door speaker grill. Can it be done without removing the door panel? I recently removed the door panel to replace the handle and there was a screw behind the speaker grill hold the door panel, not sure how all this works. What comes first or second.

Just been looking to replace mine as the originals were looking a bit grotty and I could see the tweeters as the thin layer of felt had started to decompose or something. Bought a couple of new ones and was hoping the old ones would just pop off but alas no, there seems to be at least one screw attached behind the door panel.
I did go through this with a previous Z

With the new grills have just ordered some black felt circles to give the interior a more black look that will last longer.

Holes In Door Speaker Grilles?
Anyone know whats going on here in these pics?...looks like some kind of holes behind the speaker grill?...do they just pop off or does the whole door card need to come off?
