Does this constitute a club?

My insurance company asked me if I belong to a car club, presumably if you are a club member they knock a bit off your premium?
I said no but I do interact on fb with other Z3 owners!

Out of interest, are we club members and can I answer yes to that question?

Its an international club. Tell them some rando guy from America said so.

In all seriousness it depends on what your carrier defines as a club. We're all connected via specific vehicle ownership and enjoyment. Some people meet up depending on region so all in all its a gray area up to interpretation.

I think they rate a car enthusiast as more likely to keep their car in good mechanical condition and also to drive more sensibly too. I always tell insurance that I belong to this forum.
