Well said Shelly......the only sort of punch I want comes in a glass and involves a large measure of rum :drinks:

There would be no punches thrown by me ever but one just has to read HT's response in the previous post to know his way of dealing with issues! I just want to see a protocol in place if a member feels threatened by a moderators comments. I apologize to you all that this has been dragged out into open forum it was never my intent but questions in my PM's to mods were answered with further threats and demeaning comments from them it became a fight or flight situation for me. I have suggested two remedial conditions to the mods but as yet have had no reply either way. HT can pull out that one post as justification for all this happening but I invite you all to go back over his postings to me over the past several months before deciding whether or not I should have just let this drop and taken " it" like a man. As always I am open to answering PM's from those not wanting to comment in open forum. Those PM's both good or bad will be answered with a respectful answer as I value your opinions although I'm not certain that the mods don't have access to the contents of PM's. JIM.

Your nose growing?
Nope. There is nothing in the forum software that allows me to access contents of other peoples messages - even as an admin. Only way I *could* is to change your password and logon as you.

change your password and logon as you.
Ha, Ha, Siemens were paranoid about passwords on the MOT scheme and you have to change it every 90 days. What a pain. The new Web based MOT (coming to us soon before September) wont have this crap thankfully.

Tony.

Siemens were paranoid about passwords
BT were worse. I had to change my network password every 30 days and you couldn't us the same one twice, ever. It had to have at least eight characters with at least one capital letter, one lower case and one number. A PITA, thankfully don't have that problem now.

Yes same here @Mint :p
I have to change my password at work every 30 days and still do :)
Just get used to one password........ :)
Then it changes again :)

Mine was the same when I was a manager in the car showrooms. Every 30 days. I just used the same word and changed the number on the end each month. I.E, jesuschrist1, jesuschrist2 etc etc etc....

I did the same sort of thing - just like everyone else. This months password would have been Pauljun15

So glad to see this thread has changed to random chat about passwords

Hehe, @BMBabe, you're right, in fact most threads on the forum seem to drift off topic these days:wideyed:
