This was last Wednesday evening as I was coming home from work, a couple of miles out of town is Burton Waters, they have their own roundabout on the A57. As I waited for a car turning right into Burton Waters a car came from there and headed towards Gainsborough on the A57, when I got round the roundabout I realised this prize pillock hadn't bothered to put any lights on and it was very nearly dark. So, I flashed my headlights onto main beam to "tell" him/her, what happened?, the driver put their foot down up to 70 mph with no lights.
This Audi eventually turned off to where an MP with a MOAT lives after travelling about 6 miles with no lights. What a plank.!!

Classic....bet the cars been serviced and the garage turned the switch from 'auto' to 'off' ... Which would turn the lights off but the dash lights still come on. It's sad that you would not realise your lights were actually not working. This is what happens when you make things automatic ... It enables chimps to drive.

I always turn everything off before the car goes in anywhere. Makes me remember to put it all back afterwards.

These are probably the same people who hold mobile phones even though their car is equipped with BT. They're easily confused - poor darlings....
 
Probably saving on electricity!!!!
Last time I turned lights off to save electric
