As others have already said, there's no substitute for getting a code-reader (creator 510, myself) and finding out what's wrong before throwing money at the car in the hope that the faults will run away. That ain't how it works.

Yes definitely getting one. Having heard from various sources on this thread and elsewhere. Itsta bit of a no brainier right enough
