Liked that but the Mosquito did not need fighter escort, it was a fighter bomber, night fighter.

Those were recognisance ones Mike, and the fighters were probably to provide additional support.. Just loved the low pass.

And an extreamly successful one at that, flying both daytime and nighttime operations.
