depinning seat connector

Hi folks,
Does anyone know how to depin this seat connector? or know of anything on line that show you how? I have spent literally hours with a depinning kit trying to work out how to get the cables out.
literally any help at all much appreciated...

If I remember correctly these red tabs (probably from both sides?) hold the green inlet in place. Best way to release it is to push 4 really thin screw drivers between the insert and the casing, then you should be able to pull it out.

If I manage to find such a connector in my garage I'll take some pictures later.
