Demon Tweeks

Does anyone know Anyone working at demon tweeks or a connection there i made and paid for an order last week (details in my introduction thread) I have had no more than the email saying order has been placed

I emailed them to see if they had a delivery date (currently no answer) the email does tell me not to email again (nice touch)

I called today 430pm to be on hold for 40mins saying i was no 1 in que in the end i gave up website says they close line at 530

reading google reviews it looks like i have made a wrong move ordering from them

any help would be greatly received another number perhaps ?

Did you buy direct Dan, or through eBay or Amazon etc.?

Only used them once and I received a faulty part that had obviously already been returned to them as defective. The box it came in was ripped where it had been opened and there were oily fingerprints on the internal paperwork that showed it wasn't checked prior to despatch. I eventually got a replacement but when I spoke to them I wasn't impressed with their attitude. Needless to say I'll never buy from them again.

I ordered some springs off them and it took almost four months. Nothing at all said about them not being in stock in the beginning. Called after waiting weeks and was told they were on back order forever.
Was not impressed.

Managed to get through today said that i agreed when i bought them that they would be on 3 week lead time but there website says now 8 days lead time Asked for money back and they said yes Who Knows parts will probably turn up and still get billed we will see
