Yep,that red car left an impression on me,we bonded on the drive,it's stored,filed and imprinted.one of my best trips and Frankie is good fun on a road trip.....as long as you keep the video camera out of his hands when he's driving lolYou getting withdrawal symptoms yet Hugh?. Great picture of Sarah and the sunflowers, Shirl said same as me, Carla would've loved to see that.
Tony.
You have the earlier of the 2 "M" engines used in the M Roadster in the US, which produces around 240bhp. If I recall you got that engine because of your strict emissions rules, and the rest of the world got the S50 engine with more horses. Both engines were later replaced with the S54 engine variant which are a lot more difficult to get hold of (the UK for example imported under 80 in total with the S54).
This is the link to Wikipedia for some more information on it.

So would I be mate.I'm feeling melancholy
I could probably answer that IF I DROVE THE DAMN CAR ONCE IN A WHILE...............AAAGGGGG.................. FRANKIEHave another questio ;
the stock tires are 225-45-17's and 245-40-17's and I would like to put some fatter shoes on
can it handle 225-45-17 fronts and a wider 275-40-17 rear or at least 255 or 265 40 rears
what will fit without fender bendin and rubbing problems
definately will stay low low on tire heights ..
advise is good thanks
