It's definitely cool. I'd have to do the swoop paint too. If I did that, yours would loose it's uniqueness. I've got my own decal on the hood of my car. A perky little fox.
The “swoop” is another decal made from exterior vinyl.

Probably more to do with there being more Z3 owners on here than Z4 owners.
Yes you’re right and they enter more pictures so naturally they’re going to get more of the percentage of the votes .When you brake down the No of votes the winning picture has it’s not many as they are spread over 10 pictures.I think there should be a smaller choice to get a better result . but then I like the variety of pictures on offer as it’s nice to see what everyone has and that’s how it should be viewed. Not as a serious competition but a friendly showcase for your pride and joy Z3 ,Z4 ,heap of scrap

Spoken like a true Z3 owner Hugh. I think you're right though
Z3 owners can’t be trusted to vote for the best picture.
Just the best Z3 picture?

Right this is all getting out of hand time for a rant  .

Picture of the Month is just a bit of fun and not serious as Hugh has said its a place for people to stick up pics of their pride and joy ( or in Andy's case latest scrapper) and people can then vote on what they like .

The simple fact is that there's more z3 ownership on here so they will always have the majority.

Here's the numbers for this years P.O.T.M which makes this apparent.

Since January when I restarted Picture of the Month there has been
244 entries

213 z3 pictures. 76% of total
31 z4 pictures . 14% of total

If end up using P.O.T.M winners for the calendar then there are 3 z4 pictures
Which equates to 23% of the total
A higher percentage than the percentage of entries.

Out of the 31 z4 pictures entered over the year 35% of them were entered by @t-tony alone.

So I have decided based on these figures that there's simply not enough content by the z4 owners to justify a separate P.O.T.M.

As has been said already this is a bit of fun and all that is happening here is this thread is getting ruined by a conversation that doesn't even need to be happening so before it gets any more out of hand things will stay as is and anyone who doesn't like it can vote with their feet and not take part.

Well said mate. The key phrase there is "it's just a bit of fun".

Never said anywhere that a Z4 has been unfairly judged, what I did say and continue to think is that Z3 owners will always vote for a Z3 over a Z4. No ones fault, just the way it is and for the few Z4 owners who can be bothered to enter a picture it feels like your fighting a losing battle, especially when you read from Steve that one owner contributed over a third of all Z4 entries.

Ummmm this a Zed forum is it not? Let's not start segregating the models. This is a social group, that's what makes it different to all the other sarky groups out there it's the Zed ownership that brings the social groups together all over the country regardless of model, type, condition or age of Zed. Were are all Zed owners

You could’ve got away with that if you had left your wheels in lock=))
