your all thinking along the wrong lines, you know - the sort of discussions you have in the pub about cars after a few too many beers, of is it just me that does this:)
 
thats because there all having the wrong drunken thoughts, my drunken thoughts are normally a little mad, they always seem like such a great idea under a haze of alcohol, but in reality there really daft.
 
uumm i suppose it could, though i wasnt thinking along these lines, some times i have sudden revelations that i like to share to see what others think, this normally happens after copious amount of wine or beer (not spirits as this just makes me not very nice sometimes so i avoid them, unless its a single malt of say 15 year old or there abouts)
 
When I have a few beers I tend to go home and buy daft things on Ebay. The most memorable was the time I got into a bidding war for a 6ft plastic palm tree. It cost me £65 plus postage.

When the postman delivered it my missus stood there wide eyed and speechless ...... and that doesn't happen very often.

something similar happened to me (on more than one occasion with ebay) i brought some solar powered wall mounted coach lights, the problem was in a picture you have no idea of scale, i was dying to put them up then they arrived:wideyed: what the hell is this addressed to me in this tiny box, yep they were so small it was a joke, the picture showed them with a brick wall behind, but didnt explain the distance between the wall and the actual item. still laugh about this even now about 8 years on.
 
this is today's drunken revelation ( im getting a lift into work in the morning so its beer -o-c lock) the universe is NOT expanding at all as we are all told by so called experts, its simply getting heavier. yes as the universe gets heavier then the distance you would have to travel from point A to B is getting further but this is simply because the curvature of the universe is getting greater as it gets heavier but in reality A sand B are infact unchanged. another revelation is why its getting heavier.
