Thinking about upgrading the Sony radio to a DAB - anyone got any tips for converting the normal antenna to a DAB receiver? Searched high and low but all I see are the ones that stick on the windscreen and dont like the look of that option. Thanks

I had this ariel professionally stalled in 2013 together with my DAB radio ( Alpine CDE-136BT ) - Kinetic DRA-6003 DAB/FM/AM ariel. Don't think it's available any longer. A search pulls up this one below on Amazon. Good luck

@z3ddie . Just had this unit fitted to replace a kenwood. The guys here (in Edinburgh) were going to fit it with a windscreen aerial but on return had fitted it with the oem aerial just needed another piece of cable somewhere , too technical for me .very little disruption to the car and ready in just over an hr.

Do you know if the existing wiring loom is compatible with this? i know I will have have an antenna upgrade
To be honest I don't know what they did ,but he said he only had to add a wire somewhere in order to keep the oem aerial. They took very little apart to do the job.I don't know what was altered when the kenwood that was in replaced the original.
From memory I think it plugs straight in, but can’t guarantee
