Just getting ready for a pork roast. Last night I had a T-bone steak, mushrooms, chips, and fried onions, and a couple of pints of Batham's best bitter

Last night we had Steak, chips and onion rings all cooked by my own fair hands, cos Shirl has come home from Fla. as a raspberry. Shoulder, neck and left arm agony.:( Tonight she asked for cheese on toast, now it's my turn. Pick up at 6.00:)

Nasi goreng. Don't know why but just can't resist it. What's the point of temptation if you don't give in to it?
And just come up with the perfect pudding, panna cotta, chocolate and orange tart. All my own work, said the smug git.

You just sent me on a long research on panna cotta. Could use your recipe if possible, and the crust also............it looks so good, I'd like to try my hand at it.................................Frankie

That'll be a pate sucree with some drinking chocolate powder mixed in, blind baked, smear of marmalade on the base, chocolate and cream in a bain marie with a shot of Grand Marnier tipped in, panna cotta recipes all over the interweb, just chuck in a couple of oranges worth of zest along with the juice out of them, and let it set in the fridge. Mmmmmm. Cream, chocolate and oranges, some of my favourite things in there.:)
