Ok how hard can this be?
Say 2 nights 3 days
Meet at Exeter services on the first morning.

Places to visit:
Jamaica Inn
Falmouth
Goonhilly Earth Satelite Station (if open)
Kynance Cove (National Trust)
St Michaels Mount (National Trust)
Mousehole (Penlee lifeboat)
Minack Theatre
Lands end
Some tin mines
St Ives or Newquay on the way back

These are only ideas
You doing a cruise or going on holiday? we'd be up for a bimble around the smugglers coast

How hard can it be :rolleyes::rolleyes:.

Well let's see

If a several day run

You need to decide numbers .
You need to find a hotel to base I ( or a number of if moving) but then you have to keep all your stuff with you .
You need a route .
You then need to recce the route to make sure it actually fits into the day ( bearing in mind every time you stop for 5 minutes it ends up 20 :whistle:)
You need to find a lunch stop.
You need to factor in loo stops / coffee stops .

So really nothing to it at all :D:D

Stephen.

Looking like someone down that way need to be getting the road maps out :thumbsup:

Ohhhh as my Silver 1.9 is in storage in Plymouth it might get a run out :coolsteer)

Ok just read Stevo's post, so there might be a bit more to it than just saying I want to go there, there and there.

But I reckon there'll be interest in a Poldark weekender

You can count on us too @Tearoom :thumbsup:Haven't been down that way since Duncan did a couple of West Country Cruises back in the day (2014)

great looking forward to it...let us know when its happening @Tearoom

can we all stay at your place...?

hehe

We would definitely be up for a tour round Devon and Cornwall, depending on dates of course. A lot of busy roads there in peak season though!

@Tearoom
Warrick I'll be more than happy to help out, routes etc. I already have a few

I would be interested also as the last (and only) time I've been there was in 1976 the year of the loooong hot summer. Frying eggs on the pavement etc. Had my first car with plaggy seats and wore shorts - 'kin ell that was an experience. We can all bunk down in Jack Ratts garage :D

Oh god I've created a monster. lol

I would love to take the zed around Cornwall, I have only been once and that was on a family holiday.
Perhaps we could get a small group up together and test the water
@andyglym has knowledge of organising a 3 day tour using a hotel as a base.
Really open to suggestions as to routes and places of interest, but for me Jamaica Inn, Lands End and Minack Theatre would be on my to do list. After that I'm pretty easy.
I could go on my own this year, but where's the fun in that.
If anybody knows Cornwall, please pipe up regarding 'must do' roads.
Probably looking at sometime during the spring / early summer which isn't that far away, but also avoiding regular zedding events.
