Well it is a done deal. I am going to Ireland and will arrive on the 1st of January 2017. I stay for 2 weeks and then fly to Manchester and make my way to York where I will stay for another 2 weeks and then head back home. Wish I could catch up with you lot but time doesn't allow :(

It is all but confirmed that we will be in Ireland for the wedding on the 12th January 2017. So, I will take a month off and see the sites. We will definitely see Ireland, England, Wales, Germany, Venice, Paris, Prague. Anyway, if you think of some good places to visit, have any links to interesting blogs and such please don't be silent - shoot me a message. We really like castles and old buildings and such. The wife is somewhat ill so she cannot do much physical stuff like skiing. Effectively, we will see many of the 'must see' things and places and stay for 1-2 days each place if possible. We are likely to base ourselves at a friends place near Castle Howard and run around from there while in England. We will fly to the other places and keep moving forward until it is time to go home.

Coop, I stayed at the Premier Inn whenever I wasn't staying with forum members on both my visits there. Went into London on both visits parking at an outer station and taking the train in. Very easy. Meeting all the forum guys is REALLY GREAT!!!!. You're in for a lot of fun. Frankie

I have safely finished up in Ireland and now I am in West Hestlerton, Yorkshire.

Just around the corner is silver zed, arctic silver with a substantial amount of damage to the driver's side front bumper - belong to anyone here?
