Coolant plug location (2.8 1999)

Hello. I've studied several guides and photos online and just wanted to check - is the attached image the correct plug to remove for draining coolant? It seems quite far up and bloody awkward to get at with a wrench but matches the 13mm I've read it should be. It's a 2.8 engine. Thanks!

Thank you both. I just removed it and fluid p***ed out, some onto my face (mostly water luckily). Time to put some proper coolant in! It had water in there because the coolant expansion tank had a tiny split last weekend, luckily when I reached my destination so The AA came out and fixed it enough with putty to get me home. New tank fitted now.

I've updated the title to be more specific just in case anybody else comes on looking for this.

There is also a drain on the bottom of the radiator
The one one the side of the engine is the block drain the radiator one is the lowest part of the system.

Yes found that one thank you and I learnt the hard way that it can be accessed without removing the plastic tray!
