Hey everyone..I've done everything suggested by my new Z4 friends and the knocking persists heading to the club to get depressed

What you need to do is get a forum member with a bit of mechanical knowledge that is near you to meet up and put a fresh pair of eyes on the problem might give you a new direction to investigate.

Welcome Aiyona from another Z4 owner.
Have you had the front springs checked as they are very prone to failing. Hard to spot just looking at it you may need to get some one to jack the car up and if it has snapped it will be very visible. The only other things in that area are the steering and brake servo. But i have not heard of any issues with these.
