Well, I started on Massey-Ferguson stuff first off in '73 and left there late '77 and went onto Chrysler cars. Alpine, Avenger, Hunter, Simca and all the associated brands of the Rootes group.

Did have the opportunity to send tank drivers off to the stores for 24v split pins. And we've all heard of the long weight/record stand type things. Sent a driver with the 17/21 lancers off for a Chieftain starting handle once, and the b'stards actually made one and sent it back with him.:eek:Had to find somewhere to stick it, he were a big lad and we didn't want to cause any upset.

Not often (if ever) I'm likely to quote myself, but I forgot about sending drivers to the stores for 12v fuses, not 24v. Happy days.
