Come on somebody buy it

M now SOLD!

Blimey there's a turn up for the books! Bet Mr Parkway will be treating himself to a takeout for tea tonight!

Rang up 15 mins ago with the intention of going to have a look. Told me it sold 10mins ago.

Pffftt Lightweight.=))
Tony.
Not so, I was just a bit tired after a 7.5 mile hike in the Peaks yesterday, full up with Spag Bol and a drop of red wine=))

Only pulling your leg mate. I could sleep for England these days. Looking forward to taking the grandsons to Disney World but not so much the miles to be walked around the park.

Tony.

Too late David, by all accounts.

Tony.

Do you know who has bought the car, Tony - a forum member?

Yes, Tony, I read that shortly after my post.

Looks like someone got a good car in the end! I've seen, over my many years where people have sat on cars as an investment. Keeping them hidden away except when bragging rights were right to take them out. Then after waiting and waiting the market on their treasure dropped off and they finally decided to drive it all the time rather than accept the low price it would bring in a fair market! Buy it, drive it, take care of it, then no regrets. JMO. JIM

I Emailed about this car never ever received any reply.
Cliff.

Some dealers just don't reply to emails, they prefer to speak to someone and hear their voice.

Yes I know that sounds old fashioned but that's the way it is.

Also, some of the smaller dealers are valeting etc most of the day and actually don't see their computer very often.

Not trying to makes excuses for them, just pointing out that's the way it can be.

Most decent indi's don't have time to muck about on the 'World Wide Webby' thing, as stated above, they are working on the cars.
What are they going to tell you in an e.mail any how? You have just got to go and see for yourself.....

Internet tyre kickers? That's what they'll be thinking Cliff, the only thing that they can really tell you over the internet or phone is whether it's still there or not. But to honest if you're travelling a long way you do need to know this so a phone call is best. That's what I did when I bought my Z4, seller based in Leicester and car in Mansfield.

Tony.

Bit negative really its not the dark ages .
Good job I don't ignore my E mails I would lose loads of valeting work.
Not good business in my book bit rude really.
Still never mind they obviously don't need the business.
Cliff.

Fair comment mate. I had to wait for even phone replies but a one man operation will ignore the phone if he has some one on his pitch.

Tony.
