Well, as Mrs Mint was out to lunch with the girls, it was sunny and forecast to be for the rest of the day and the Zed has been saying to me for some time now 'let's go for a drive', I decided today was the day. It was still only -3C when I got her out from under cover, so left her to warm up before lowering the roof. A very enjoyable top down drive up in my favourite playground on very familiar roads. Only 80 miles but no traffic and not too icy. It was very cold up on the top roads but toasty in the cabin with the heated seats and the heater on. A stop in Hartington for the obligatory coffee & cake and back home before it got dark.
She now needs a good wash but as the hose lives outside and it's hardly been above freezing for a week she'll have to wait, Sorry @andyglym ;). Forecast is for +10C here on Sunday...we'll see.
A few pics...

Oops, sorry Tony, I thought they were meant for driving ;)=)). Bit of cold weather has never stopped me before...

I was just giving her a good shake down after all the hard work the ZedShed guys put in. And a great drive it is too:thumbsup:

I didn't mean the driving Dave, we expect that from you mate. It's the leaving it dirty=))=))

Oops again, wrong end of stick. Although, it's not the first time she's gone to bed dirty and pretty sure it won't be the last either=))

Excelent effort Dave - looks to have been a cracking day

Proper ! Love it . . .

Great stuff. I nearly went for a drive in the Peak's today but ran out of time. Trying to make it tomorrow and hopefully not quite as Baltic as today...

It was pretty cold, definitely minus something, maybe it will get upto freezing point tomorrow ;)

Well jealous Dave. Mines all wrapped up, at least absence makes the heart grow stronger. March will soon be here and the Zed will be out having fun plus the £120 saved will pay to have the bumper painted again

Thanks for posting the photos it made me think I should get out there before all the snow has gone - so I did today.
However, with a plan to get to some of the more remote roads I bottled taking the Z3 and opted fot the SAAB XWD instead
