It makes you wonder who make up these ideas :)
Bet their will be lots of clowns on Halloween now :)
 
I've got an idea it started in Northampton (UK) a couple of years back.... Dozens of sightings of an evil clown. (Google it) it was a big story at the time. "who is Northampton's clown? Really.. Northampton is scary enough without this sort of thing and we got loads and loads of our own funny men. Here is one of our most loved. He should cheer you up.

The end result of this is that somewhere someone will dress up as a joke and end up getting done in by being in the wrong place at the wrong time
 
I think it's silly that people are acting like idiots
It will spoil Halloween for the kids now as parents won't let them go out :(
 
They are all complete morons. I for one am pleased the police have decided to intervene, nutters will take advantage, it's a good cover to go out and cause crime, muggings, attacks and worse. Some people are terrifed of clowns anyway so how would being confronted by one of these make them feel? People with heart conditions being jumped on while out walking their dog, no thought, no brains!
 
I don't mind Clowns :p
But I don't like the thought of one running after me or jumping out at me :)
It would terrify me ;)
I'd scream very loud ;)
And it would take months for me to get over :(
 
Hope that don't happen to me when I drive home from work tonight :p

We never let our kids go out on Halloween even before this nonsense and they're too old to now .....trick or treating is a relatively recent and dreadful import from across the pond and we ignore it completely.:stop:
 
We have loads of clowns around here, ..................... they are usually disguised as MP's and Councillors.
 
If anyone is daft enough to jump out in front of me when I'm on the way back from the pub "more fool them" that's all I can say.

I've been told many times that I look scary and I don't even wear a mask =))
