Mine were eBay. £13 for the set. They still look like new after 3 years.
That's what I paid Dave, and yes I'm happy with them too, but the ones Steve told me about were £5 less. I paid that for the "carbon" ones I fitted on the Z3 last year.

I like your original BMW wheels. I think the spokes look like propeller blades. They may be standard fit and as such not very popular but you don't see them very often

I don't really dislike them to be fair Garry, I just like something which is easy to keep clean. Having said that the ones which are on the car are going to be my winter wheels ............. oh well ;)

I like them too, similar to the Mclaren Merc SLR wheels:

Nice Wheels: Same as mine.

Just a quick one if planning a refurb on these type of wheels the split rim bolts will cost you around £3.50 each:eek:, and there are 20 in each wheel 80 in total:eek::eek::eek:

As I said the other day, the 255 (rear) wheel and tyre only just fit into the Z4 boot, so I brought one home on Thursday, Friday and two today. 255 in the boot and 235 on the front passenger seat (thank the lord for seat belts). After lunch, this .............

I think I may still need some spacers on these, I can move the 12 mm from front to rear and then maybe get some 8-10 mm for the front's. I like to see them at the outside edge of the wheel arches. I haven't measured exactly how far the wheels/tyres sit inside the arches yet but that's a job for later. The foremost thing now, with winter approaching is to get a set of winter tyres fitted on these original rims which I bought the car on, and get the run flats off.

I've always said that the 18" BBS's are the best looking wheel for the Z4, with the added benefit of looking utterly awesome on the Z3 as well
