Happy for that provided the wombles are fined every time they close a lane (or keep it closed) when not necessary .............

They're going to fine people who drive in a lane that's lit up with a big red X as closed? Who knew?

Shame it's around six hours away, a lot quicker and easier to drive to Ingerland to find a motorway. But that's life.
