Changing side gills

Hi, just bought my lovely Z3 in Montreal blue and was thinking it would look good with chrome side gills. How easy is it to remove and replace the existing body coloured ones?

One screw and about 5 push in clips like door card fixings you can see three of them on the inside once bonnet is up.
