Changing Locks Storage Box

So I bought a roll Hoop kit from @Low Rider and so far all is going well. I've had an issue changing the locks on the storage box once before in the past and I eventually figured out how to do it but I've forgotten again, rather than taking every screw out I thought I'd ask here :)

The lock I'm referring to is the one in the middle
 
I always get really excited that someone has the answer to my question when I see the little notification in the top right. Then I open the thread... =))=))=))=))
 
Unsure as to whether I'll need to take the entire box apart or not.

That's @Synclare I finally gave up and took the entire box apart, had trouble putting it back together but it took me a good 2 hours to do, I just hate taking things apart unless I absolutely have to.

Not quite :whistle: - I put the new inner box into the old outer box (including existing locks). The only fiddly bit was lining up the thin metal re-enforcing strip which fits at the rear between the two sections.

Edited - said it the wrong way round first time.
 
I meant to say thanks Adrian in the above post but my autocorrect corrected it to 'that's' , apologies.

Upon swapping the locks and fitting the storage box back together the box that pops out doesn't open correctly, it doesn't lock into place as it should instead it pops out all the way. This is a pain as I've got to open it all over. Fun times. :thumbsup:
