Once they've had a good wash using Autoglym Magma I use Autoglym Tar Remover applied with a toothbrushJust the man @andyglym. What to use,in your experience, to give my alloys a good clean? Take em off and what's best for those dirty black nooks and crannies etc? The Lidl washing up liquid just isn't up to the job.
Seriously, it works a treat on wheels and other areas of severe contamination.
Similarly, I wasn’t allowed to leave the new oil burner dirty for people to see it for the first time tomorrow so it’s
had a bath today.

I used to wash my car, then I bought a Renault
I heard it’s easier to get panels resprayed on those than wash them
Thats why my project is taking ages…. Dont want another one to wash… ( not that I do the other two very often )

I'm in the Andyglym camp. I wash the Zed'safter every drive, including the inside of wheel arches and backside of wheels. The other cars get washed at least once a week. I hate a dirty car...

True, and some need all the help they can get
I wash my cars every week. My wife on the other hand, although she vacuums and almost sanitises the interior has washed her car maybe four or five times in ten years. But she is Greek and believes in the “evil eye” meaning that people transfer bad vibes to objects out of jealousy or hate so she doesnt want to be an evil eye victim. (Sometimes I wonder how on earth did she manage to become a doctor… seriously… when we met I asked her if she writes prescriptions with herbs and gives charms to her patients).

Not as bad as woman near us - used a washing up brush, wasking up liquid and the bowl - I didnt know whether to laugh or cringe watching her
