Hi all watched last week programme of last week it was real shocker,
Poor family but Tim and Fuss did a really great job and the hardest thing was giving the car back to the family.

I've been watching this recently as well, recorded some old series.
Is the one you watched with the lancia I think it was and poor car owner died before his car was completed by Tim and Fuzz ?.

Steve.

It was really made the hairs on the back of my neck stand couldn't believe how hard that could have been for the family

Yes that one certainly brought a lump to my throat to be honest, makes you realise when we're in good health how we take it for granted.

That Lancia was absolutely stunning when they finished it, one of the best sounding exhausts I've ever heard.

Was a bit of a tear jerky, full marks to the way the production team including Tim and Fuzz in the way it was handled.

Car SOS, like WD was becoming predictable and formulaic - that is until this one.
Tim’s antics were becoming a little annoying and staged - but then, it is entertainment.
However, Tim, Fuzz and the team were clearly shocked. It must have been incredibly difficult to make that call. Thankfully the request to them to complete the rebuild came to them without having to ask.
The cynic in me says that might have been set up to but I don’t think it was.
In the end it brings in to sharp relief the focus on the two different ends of the two shows.
Car SOS trumps WD for objective and motivation as well as a good watch although the technical stuff on WD is better.
Well done Tim and Fuzz.

Wow, just watched the Lancia episode of car sos, again the boys did
A wonderful job on a beautiful car.
What a crying shame he wasn’t there to enjoy his car.
Thought they dealt with the situation very sympathetically
And were obviously touched with the sad news.
Makes me think how lucky we are and to enjoy life while we can!
