things might make it a bit harder after last Friday's result,but if you really want it you can make it happen.I still know of a house and 9 acres barn and stable for 4 ,2 stone outbuildings for £150,000

.Seriously though it's a credit to you and your family and after all the blood,sweat and tears it must have took the award is well deserved.
Me and Sara have an idea how much work it takes to turn around a project like that,after being involved with her parents place in Brittany but the place is unrecognisable now compared to when they bought it.
