Well here's a little job. Got my feet wet in the kitchen yesterday morning and found the waste disposal unit was corroded and leaking. Luckily Lowe's still stock the identical unit so this morning this happened.
Next thing on the agenda is an email from the HOA telling us we need to power wash the drive, drive "skirt" and sidewalk. Also theyre saying the house has to be repainted. Its all fun being a villa owner. I have a power washer which we clean the pool deck with so i can do the drive but the painting will be a job for the Manco.
Hardly looks bad to me but . . . . .
The dark mark in the middle has been there since the house was built 8 years ago.

My brother lives in the states and I believe some committee members on the HOA have very little to d and can be a little over zealous, looking at the pics I bet I was your neighbour opposite that reported you.....
