Just ordered a set from Aceman through the forum, Might as well replace them in both seats even though only the drivers seat was rocking. ( as I was reminded more than once !!)

Fortunately there are detailed instructions of the procedure on the forum so don’t see any real problems in swapping them over.

You doing the seat lift at the same time? I've not done that but it's supposed to be very beneficial to comfort

I got some seat tilt/lifters from @t-tony made a real positive difference. Gave me a bit more leg room and angles your bum more into the seat.

Basically you are adding support risers to the seat runners at the front. Therefore tilting the front of the seat up and pushing your bum back into the seat.
