in paris they park with the front wheel against the curb so they dont have to put the handbrake on, nearly all cars there have battle wounds, last time i went there the driver ( i was navigating with a map) says what ever we do - DO NOT go onto the arch de triumph, i navigated him there, as we are going around he says hey that looks very similar to the arch de triumph he should not have said DO NOT

apparently your not insured when your driving around the arch, its just a free for all, was funny though, the driver didnt think so.
