I've never had a lobster roll, not something seen too much here in the UK, would love to try one though!

If you can get lobster, it's really easy. Boil the lobster, pick and chop the meat. Butter and lightly grill or toast the roll. One leaf of lettuce in the fold of the sliced roll, pack with lobster, lightly salt and squeeze lemon slice over it. Enjoy!
