Well what ever it is, it will be out on Twitter...........either from the police or the Governement, wonder why they didn't use Face Book, probably, meant using more than a sentence..........what's the world coming too, stay in the cabin Jim, and make sure nearest and earnest are safe too.

Sorry mate never heard anything before I left work on the radio, didn't get to see the news at teatime and I've been working out in the garage till 10. Hell someone could have dropped the bomb and wouldn't have known till I saw my mate Graham in x-ray !!
Have just looked on the link Gaz put up, sorry to say but I'm not surprised. This will be a global thing soon.:(

Thanks all! Only one military member killed in this event as well as the shooter who was killed within our parliament building. Two days ago a jihadist ran down two military members, killing one and seriously injuring the other. He rolled his vehicle and was killed as he came out after RCMP members with a knife and was shot dead. Canada will stand strong against these idiots as the UK and others have in the past. We aren't afraid and feel secure our military and police forces will continue to bring these cowards down.
 
Our condolences to the families of the young men who have been murdered by these fanatics Jim.
 
Only a coward would shoot a soldier standing guard at the war memorial at point blank range, fortunately he didn't shoot the other guard. If he had done this an hour later the halls of the parliament building would have been filled with MP's , journalists and visitors. Everyone I've spoken to is mad as hell and the people that were locked into the building while the search for a second suspect was conducted said they had full faith in the security and that the plan in place to deal with this type of invasion had worked as it should. I expect there will be other instances coming but will continue life as usual as law enforcement catches up with those intent on creating terror in our country.
 
I am very sorry that this type of attack has come to Canada Jim, but it was only a matter of time I'm afraid. We have felt it as has the USA and all our allies. This is now a global problem.
