Didn't think skate boards, bikes, wheelchairs or mobility scooters had to answer to the Highway Code. They've always had a law to themselves so I'm not in the least surprised to see that
 
Nothing surprises me anymore. It's not as if roundabouts are a new thing .
 
Trouble is technology is moving too fast and legislation can't keep up. I think all these new vehicles need a number plate so they can be spoken to by the police when they're clearly unsafe
 
Yup, pulled in to the drive through teller at the bank the other week & there was a power scooter/wheel chair in line in front of me.
