Well, having decided I had too much money tied up in my Z4, and facing another largely garaged winter, it's time with me is up.
It's a strong market for newish cars at present, and since I have never been one to bond emotionally to the cars I have owned, I doubt I will feel much pain.
I will probably get another roadster after winter, because I will miss the open air experience, car shows etc, so I will see what comes up for sale, but for now at least I will be a non-owning and quiet observer.
Thanks to all for putting up with my drivel and your kind likes etc. Maybe see some of you at shows next year with something different, who knows?

That’s a great sham 😞Can’t you keep your lovely Z 😊

It's a very pretty car Shelly, you would love it. I just think that for a second car I would be better with something a lot cheaper and a bit less perfect to do some work on.

Your Z does look immaculate 🌞
Hope you find something to work on 😊

Lot to be said for that Jim, i get pleasure out of keeping a 19 year old car on the road, best form of re cycling.

Thanks Paul, not an angle I had considered if I am honest.
I get a lot of stick from better half for running two cars, but as I say, you only drive one at once, so as long as they already exist (rather then ordering new) it really adds very little to my environmental impact and contributes significantly to the exchequer, insurance industry, motor industry etc
In fact, I deserve a medal for my extra contribution to the overall economy.

At least now you can invest in a Z3 .....after realising the mistake getting a Z4 =)) =))

Sure it wont be long before you on here with another roadster !!!!

Hope You find a good one

Not at the prices you guys want for your old Z3's!
Considering going all hairdresser with a Boxster, if I can determine the front from the back!
