Thats the whole point of them, they make the geometry much better than stock
Not sure they will on their own, But I could be wrong

BTW, on @5harp3y suggestion I bought a pair of M wishbone bushes -- can they be installed without a special press? I got some of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000LFVPYE (well similar) and I hope to be able to use that to install the new ones in the mount. Am I wrong?

BTW @ZimZimmer thanks for posting 'newbie' questions, I was asking myself the same questions :)

If you bought standard wishbone bushws with metal sleeves they might be tricky to install without a press)/ big vice

Anything that moves the position of the arm changes the geometry
Not disputing that, my point was / is the M shares no front suspension parts / running gear with other Z3s, the offset bushes are designed to work / complement the different ARB, drop links, wishbones, top mounts etc with that set up and are sold as suitable for M only. I was suggesting you may wish to check they will work with a non M setup in case they caused handling, tyre wear issues, or don't check its your car I was merely trying to be helpful.
