Does anyone know the best way to remove the bumper lights ??????

Carefully! They have metal clips on each end of the light. Here is a picture of one of the broken ones I removed from my car.

You need to either come in from behind the bumper, or prize the very gently with a screwdriver or the likes

The metal clips are near the front as far as I remember and just pushing the light in the direction of the clip compresses it so you can pull the light out. Took both of mine out last summer to put different led lights in and was really easy.
 
James have you a link to the LED Lights, as i have purchased some but they have sent the wrong ones.

I originally had some which just had one led on the end pointing out which weren't great as they couldn't be seen from all angles so switched them to one like the above. They give a much better spread of light.
