:arghh::arghh: At least this time the culprit owned up - before CCTV produced.
Fortunately no paintwork damage but bumper trim has dropped - suspect bracket broken. `No fault' insurance claim but still got all the hassle.:mad::rage:

Oh dear, you and N4LLY! Amazed you got the footage, they cite all sorts of nonsense for not releasing it. Am I right your insurance gets loaded even if not at fault? May have a bracket.

It's a private member's club and I know them well after 25 years membership so I think that helps. Last time it was no fault but as the culprit was not identified I had to pick up excess of £150 and I suspect a small increase in premium ( I had no claims protection). Thanks for offer of bracket but I've put it through insurance now and culprit has accepted liability.

Check your zed before going into repairer, been known to come back damaged :meh:

Who the hell gave that idiot a bloody driving license! So sorry to hear this :(
Pleased to hear they have admitted they did it

Haha - funny you should say that, on the repair 3 years ago it did come back damaged - somebody had dropped a lamp or similar on bonnet - after a bit of argy-bargy on whether it was there beforehand, photos showed it wasn't, they accepted responsibility and re-sprayed bonnet. Saved me a lot of effort getting rid of old swirl marks.
Always taken your own photos - we do when picking up hire cars abroad.

Ah, I remember you telling me that now when I came up. Wise move photos or video.

Sorry to see this happened again Colin, something tells me you need a new club mate.;)

Tony.

Your Z3 is the best car in the car park though.:)

Sorry to hear you lovely Z is damaged :p
Hope she is in top tip condition soon again :)

Maybe right Tony but I have got the CCTV sorted at this one ;)
The irony is that since previous incident, we have tried to use the other car for visits but I needed it elsewhere yesterday. So wife drives into carpark, first place available was where last bump happened so she ignores that, and parks in what should've been a far safer location. Sod's law :bashhead::bashhead:

Yeah, our Z's must be magnets to numpty's :nailbiting:
