send them a bill for use of the pic not even going to go into the miss leading bit (the fact the car in the pic doesn't have these shocks, even though it doesn't say it does) is this one of your pics?
if its not your pic i suppose it could have been on these shocks before you brought it.

ummm though i have to say i like it dropped, maybe if funds permit ummmm

Yeah one of my pics it will be on photobucket somewhere.
I owned it 5/6 years ago as mention before most cheap kits don't lower the front fine but lucky to get 10mm so the 30-60 is not close.
I did buy coilovers may be they where Vmaxx but not quite sure where they would have found that from a picture !

That's a straight copywrite issue. You can demand that you be paid for the use of your pic, demand immediate stop to further use and then compensation for the lie used in the advert if yours didn't have Vmaxx.
If you have the original image you can use google to fine any indexed page that is currently using the image.

If the pic is on photobucket in a public folder it is deemed to be free to use by anyone, as per the ts & cs of photobucket. I had something similar a while back and since then I made the majority of my folders private.

As stated above, if in a public folder you agree that it can be used by anyone!

Apologies - so used to ensure copywrite is maintained and never go anywhere close to using any images where it can be taken from you.

No apology needed, I fell across this a few years back however it does state on PB that others using your image cannot use them for commercial purposes.

someone did use mine for commercial purposes, but he had the decency to ask first (unlike the chinees who blatantly copied the item in question, yes i did give him permission to go ahead simply because he had asked )

Im not worried as its no longer my car was just surprised to see it the company is Potn.com but its the ebay side that used it but its a bit misleading as i changed all the rear end set up to get it to lower.
Buyer beware !

dodgy ebay, it was my ebay stuff the chinks copied, then to add insult to injury they copied pics from photo bucket, or it may have been image shack, not only did the images get stolen but the instructions too , question is though - if someone was injured or even died by following these instructions would it be my fault?
