Beware the cheap and nasty lead alloy flaring tools sold by gummy old geezers in U tube ads. They use soft copper pipe for their " now weren't that there jest so easy ??' demos . I bought and tried one of these bargain tools with disastrous results
I used a well made British tool from MAFCO when I completely redid my Jensen Interceptor brakes .it was simple to use and produced excellent results .
As a gummy old geezer might say " yer gits what yer pays for it "

The one is used was and still is a Bluepoint tool which I’ve had for 36 years now.

Advice from experience .Avoid the Chinese lead alloy flaring tools pushed by gummy old geezers on u tube . They demonstrate their wares on soft copper pipe .Buy a good quality steel flaring tool from a UK or US supplier .
