Brake line failure

Hi friends, so, I've been working on getting a 2000 roadster back up and running. The car has been sitting for 4 years outside on jack stands. I've replaced all fluids, front end, rear suspension and all the brake components. I took it down the street yesterday and blew out a brake line under the left side of the car. Does anyone have some insight on a diagram, or type of job it is to replace it is? All information is appreciated.
Thanks.

2 stages to consider:
  1. Acquire correct length of line with correct unions. Buy or make up
  2. Install.
Where that is you will probably want to let a section in. That's a very long front to back line that ideally needs the rear axle out to replace properly over the full length.

To be honest if a line goes like that, especially in a usually trouble free area like that you need to think carefully if it's from damage or rotting away. If it's rot you really should consider replacing all the lines as there's likely to be much worse areas than that I would think.
