Brake light bulbs and grille fixings

Hi all, am looking to buy some replacement bulbs for my boot third brake light, the part number is 63258389736 but they are coming up as £6 each (ouch!!) is there a non original equivalent at a more reasonable price?!
Also want some clips to attach the chrome side grille covers part number 51 13 8 399 231 , can't seem to find them anywhere and I need 10

You're looking for T10 5W wedge, (or capless), bulbs Tracey, about £3.50 for 10 on ebay for decent ones.

Have a good look at the bulb holders and circuit boards before buying any bulbs, these are renowned for corroding away. The later models have LEDs instead of incandescent bulbs. If the circuit board connections are corroded away you can utilise that to mount one (or two) red LED strips. Reasonably easy job and will out last the car more than likely.

Thanks Tony, yes need new bulb holders as well, theres been water coming in the light so it's all pretty rusty :-(

Unless one of the resident breakers has a good one, LED is the way to go.

Thanks Stevo have contacted mrscalex and spursfan for other parts, dont think I asked them for the grille clips though so if anyone has some that would be fab! Buying so many bits I'm getting confused!

You need to make a list of bits you need ,bits you want and check it off as you acquire them.

Bulb holders aren't expensive either, 10 for £3:80, if you just need 2-3 let me know, I have loads, will stick them in the post.

I had a quote for them clips from Rybrook BMW on Monday. £2.04 each so I'll be sticking with the old ones!
