I'm in the office this week (they call it promotion!) 2 till 10pm. Although as it''s Friday I've negotiated 12-8! I'm the driver trainer for the site now and I have my first induction day tomorrow with 3 new recruits so got a meeting with the boss man today to show how were going to set our stall out. Should be interesting!
