Op was a sucess mate thanks they managed to reattatch the bicep took an hour or so in theatre, its sore to say the least now its anything upto 6 months rehab

Yeah it takes a while to resolve not to use it for nearly 12 weeks to allow the bone to re grow so it rebonds properly.

The zeds already been taken for some tlc as will not be driving a min of 12 weeks and its removed any temptation of me even trying
